Initially, the patient expressed a desire to undergo total extractions and opt for removable complete dentures for both the upper and lower arches. However, with Dr. Seethalakshmi’s 25 years of expertise, we provided a more conservative and satisfactory treatment plan.
The treatment involved the removal of root stumps (broken tooth remnants) and root canal therapy for the deeply decayed teeth. Following this, fixed partial dentures made of ceramic were placed for both the upper and lower arches, ensuring a functional and aesthetic outcome.
